    As you begin planning, fill out the Gathering Plans form so we can support you along the way, highlight your community and gathering on our platforms, and track your progress!

    Once your gathering ends, submit the Gathering Wrapped‍‍ ‍form and watch it appear on the Unplug Map. Your pin becomes a symbol of hope; a reminder that humans can find balance in a digital world when we choose to unstick ourselves. It tells the world: We still gather and we still choose each other.

    To truly understand your gathering’s impact, share the Guest Survey with your Gatherlings (guests). Their responses help measure changes in connection, belonging, and community purpose.

    Form submissions add your gatherings to the Unplug Map – a living record of humans slowing down, reconnecting, and reclaiming attention from digital noise.

    By submitting your gathering, you’re showing the world that real connection is happening everywhere, and no one is doing it alone. These forms help us measure impact and growth, and without them, we have nothing to share with our funders. Please don’t skip them!

    One of our favorite creative ways to capture memories: Print these interactive signs, set out pens and markers, and when the timing feels right, have guests hold up their finished signs for one intentional photo moment.
