    If I Awaken in Los Angeles is a multimedia production founded by Diane Luby Lane of Get Lit—Words Ignite. Blending spoken word, music, dance, and video, it tells the story of L.A. through the voices of its diverse neighborhoods—from South Central to Boyle Heights, Koreatown, and beyond. Directed by award-winning producer and actress Gina Belafonte, the show invites audiences on a powerful journey through the city's past and present, leaving them transformed by the spirit of its communities.
