Jacqueline Riddell

I am a mother of 3 kiddos that believes in the power of story telling and playing in dirt! I am the CEO and Founder of Best S.T.E.P. Forward (Sports, Theater, Expression & Perseverance). We provide fun filled activities for our participants from all different walks of life. We make fun our #1 priority all while sneaking in the fundamentals of sports and life skills. Before I created BSF, I was a Firefighter/ Paramedic and served Imperial County California. There I learned the importance to value life, love everyday, learn everyday and never pass judgment because not everyones deck of cards is dealt so lucky. After 10 years of service I decided to bid a hard farewell to my career and focus 100% on my special needs children. As I raised my kiddo's and learned the ways of advocating for their rights, I fell in love with my forever passion, creating and elevating for our special needs community that are underserved bringing Best S.T.E.P. Forward to our community, a place where we celebrate neurodiversity.
