I am Hannah and I am a co-founder of Log Off and the Director of Outreach and Communications. I have experienced social media addiction and I know how hard of a problem it is to solve. I felt a lot of disconnection with the world around me and saw that when I could not go 5 minutes without checking my phone for a new notification. I have a lot of hope for a National Day of Unplugging and I hope that it can help others like me realize that a phone addiction is not normal and is actually really taking away a lot of the joys associated with daily life.
